The NYS Brewers Conference is the fastest growing state-level brewers conference in the country. We look forward to seeing you at the Albany Capital Center in downtown Albany. There will be plenty of opportunity to learn, gather resources and connect with industry professionals.

Dogfish Head, Boston Beer Company
Sam Calagione opened Dogfish Head in 1995. It has grown into a 400+ person company and is one of the most recognized breweries in the country. In July 2019, Dogfish Head proudly merged with the Boston Beer Company. Sam’s innovative style and collaborative spirit has earned him a reputation as one of the industry’s most adventurous entrepreneurs and brewers. Sam has authored four books and was named the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Wine, Spirits, or Beer Professional in 2017.

Jackson -Beckham

Dr. J Jackson-Beckham dedicated her academic career to the study of American beer. Today, she helps craft beverage organizations develop inclusive, equitable, and just practices that drive success, build communities, and empower individuals through her consultancy, Crafted For All, LLC. She is also the founder and Executive Director of Craft x EDU (pronounced “craft by E-D-U”), a nonprofit whose mission is to champion equity, inclusion, and justice in the craft brewing community through education and professional development. Today, Jackson-Beckham leads the BA's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) department as the association’s Equity & Inclusion Partner.

The deadline to submit an abstract for a conference breakout session has passed. If you have a topic idea, you can email it to Kim@newyorkcraftbeer.com.
The committee will consider all ideas until the schedule is full.
Exhibit Hall
Open 9AM - 5PM Thursday & Friday
The schedule allows time for conference attendees to visit all 85 exhibitors from companies across the US. Located on the 2nd floor of the Albany Capital Center, the hall is easily accessible by elevator or escalator from the breakout sessions.
Scholarship

To date ABS Commercial has made it possible for 12 NYS breweries to attend the New York State Brewers Conference at no cost.
Each winning brewery receives a package that includes conference registration for one person plus hotel accommodations for Thursday and Friday nights.
