New York Craft Malt is home to the largest malt roaster in the Northeast where we produce Specialty Roasts like Biscuits, Chocolates, Crystals, and "Wicked Dark" products for your flavorful, malt-forward beers. With a capacity of up to one ton per day, we can meet - and exceed - your roasted malt needs. Roasted raw grains also available.
Great Flakes - a division of New York Craft Malt - has launched a line of steam-conditioned, pre-gelatinized grains. Our process ensures quick conversion. Our flakes are competitively priced to national brands.
